The HurriClean Pellet Blow-Off is a proven system and an efficient solution for the prevention of the loss and further spreading of plastic pellets into the environment. Before the (bulk) trucks leave the sites all pellets are blown off the truck with air blades in a specially designed tunnel.
An additional benefit is that the air cleaning is ‘dry’, which means that no other raw materials (e.g., water) are required.
Besides sustainability, this makes the energy-efficient installation extremely user and maintenance friendly.

The system
We have a collective responsibility for our environment and must ensure that we treat it with the greatest care. Producers, and the petrochemicals sector in particular, are bearing an increasing share of this responsibility. Transporting granules involves a serious risk of spillage, and silo transportation of polymers is under particularly intense scrutiny.
